Job Description

  • Support the implementation of software solutions for maintenance and field service operations.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating functional and technical requirements into implementable solutions.
  • Assist in IT projects, ensuring deliverables align with business goals and timelines.
  • Analyze requirements and create clear, structured documentation.
  • Evaluate implementation effort, timelines, dependencies, and cost considerations.
  • Prepare decision-making documentation for prioritization and planning.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, external partners, and developers for smooth execution.
  • Configure systems based on business requirements and support custom developments.
  • Participate in integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Work across SAP and non-SAP environments in diverse industries.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
 (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience Requirement

  • Experience in IT consulting, application consulting, or IT project environments.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance and field service processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP PM, CS, and MM.
  • Understanding of SAP system landscapes and integrations.
  • Ability to analyze technical complexity and assess implementation impact.
  • Experience in converting business requirements into actionable documentation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
