We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) from Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) backgrounds to join our dynamic Renewable Energy team. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo structured technical training and gain hands-on experience in wind energy systems, electrical operations, maintenance practices, automation, and field engineering activities. The role offers excellent exposure to modern renewable energy technologies and real-time industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities of wind energy systems
- Assist in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
- Work with control systems, power electronics, and industrial automation equipment
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Analyze technical data and prepare engineering reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Learn and follow industry standards, quality procedures, and safety protocols
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E / B.Tech – EEE or ECE
- Passed out in 2025 or 2026
- Strong interest in Renewable Energy / Wind Energy sector
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, electronics, PLC, sensors, and control systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in field/project locations if required
