Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori to support implementation, rollout, and support projects. The role involves configuring and optimizing plant maintenance processes, analyzing business requirements, managing integrations with other SAP modules, supporting testing and data migration activities, and ensuring smooth maintenance operations through effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PM implementation and rollout projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective maintenance management solutions.
- Configure and support SAP PM processes including:
- Maintenance Notifications
- Breakdown, Planned, and Preventive Maintenance
- Maintenance Orders and Order Settlement
- Task Lists and Maintenance Plans
- Equipment and Functional Locations
- Classifications and Characteristics
- Refurbishment Processes
- Measurement Points and Counters
- Calibration Processes (where applicable)
- Support integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and EWM/IM modules.
- Manage PM master data migration activities, including equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Conduct Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot SAP PM issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective resolutions.
- Develop user training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, governance, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to support operational excellence.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP PM experience.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Completion of 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA PM implementation projects.
- Experience across project lifecycle phases from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management and asset lifecycle processes.
- Experience in SAP PM configuration, data migration, and cutover activities.
