Job Title: CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end client engagement across calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements (hiring / project-based) and drive closures efficiently
- Act as the primary bridge between clients and internal delivery teams
- Ensure high responsiveness and quick turnaround on all client interactions
- Manage multiple client conversations simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Represent AIT Global’s brand professionally across all communication channels
- Aggressively track requirements, follow-ups, and pipeline closures
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive repeat business
REPORTS & PRESENTATIONS
- Prepare client-facing reports, status updates, and performance dashboards
- Create compelling presentations (PPTs) for client reviews and internal stakeholders
- Deliver insights, progress updates, and metrics to leadership
- Maintain accurate MIS records and documentation for all engagements
