Job Description
- Support the implementation of software solutions for maintenance and field service operations.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating functional and technical requirements into implementable solutions.
- Assist in IT projects, ensuring deliverables align with business goals and timelines.
- Analyze requirements and create clear, structured documentation.
- Evaluate implementation effort, timelines, dependencies, and cost considerations.
- Prepare decision-making documentation for prioritization and planning.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, external partners, and developers for smooth execution.
- Configure systems based on business requirements and support custom developments.
- Participate in integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
- Work across SAP and non-SAP environments in diverse industries.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
(or equivalent practical experience)
Experience Requirement
- Experience in IT consulting, application consulting, or IT project environments.
- Basic understanding of maintenance and field service processes.
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP PM, CS, and MM.
- Understanding of SAP system landscapes and integrations.
- Ability to analyze technical complexity and assess implementation impact.
- Experience in converting business requirements into actionable documentation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
