Job Description
• Lead the concept, design, validation, and industrialization of MV components
• Evaluate and validate components from external suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Nacelle Production, Global Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and Service
• Manage documentation, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and provide 3rd-level field support
• Ensure a structured, reliable, and proactive approach to engineering challenges
Qualification
Degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical) or related field
Experience Requirement
• 5+ years of experience in MV components development (transformers, cables, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with intercultural awareness
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach
• Experience in the wind industry is a plus
