Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with 3–7 years of assembly line manufacturing experience to define, establish, and optimize production processes. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety through process excellence, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop Bill of Process (BOP), Process Flow, and Process Parameters.
- Prepare and maintain Work Instructions (WI)/Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and incorporate engineering/process changes.
- Design, implement, and optimize shopfloor production layouts for efficient process flow.
- Support production to meet capacity requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, and Safety (PQCDMS).
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with engineering and quality standards.
- Coordinate ramp-up, roll-out, and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze production issues and implement effective process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing excellence.
Eligibility
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on experience in assembly line manufacturing or production engineering.
