Job Description
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects focused on AI, computer vision, and intelligent quality/safety monitoring systems.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and KPIs in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Evaluate, select, and implement AI and computer vision technologies for manufacturing environments.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams, technology vendors, and solution providers to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and equipment suppliers.
- Oversee integration of AI algorithms, cameras, and sensor systems into production lines.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and industry standards.
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management at plant level.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, computer vision, and smart manufacturing, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing industrial or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in AI, machine vision, or automation system implementation.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart manufacturing technologies.
- Experience integrating vision systems with MES, SCADA, or ERP platforms.
- Experience working with Indian technology partners and suppliers.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
