Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA to design, configure, and implement SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end warehouse processes, integrating EWM with other SAP modules, supporting manufacturing and quality processes, and ensuring successful project delivery through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP EWM solutions aligned with warehouse and logistics operations.
- Configure and implement warehouse structures, including warehouse numbers, storage types, sections, and bins.
- Manage and support warehouse execution processes:
- Inbound Processing (Goods Receipt, Putaway)
- Outbound Processing (Picking, Packing, Shipping)
- Internal Warehouse Movements
- Physical Inventory Management
- Support integration with SAP modules including:
- Materials Management (MM)
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Production Planning (PP)
- Quality Management (QM)
- Transportation Management (TM)
- Configure and support:
- Production Supply and Staging Processes
- Production Storage Areas (PSA)
- Kanban Replenishment Processes
- Quality Inspection and Quality Stock Management
- Support CIF integration, IDOCs, and queue management (SMQ1/SMQ2).
- Work with RF frameworks, mobile devices, barcode technologies, and warehouse automation systems.
- Manage EWM master data including Material Master, Business Partners, and Packaging Specifications.
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard Workshops, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements and developments.
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and continuous process improvements.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
- Experience in SAP EWM Embedded or Decentralized deployments within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Participation in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- SAP EWM Certification is preferred.
- Experience in global rollout projects is an added advantage.
