Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (SAP S/4HANA & Fiori)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. The role involves supporting end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects, configuring Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, driving financial process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and providing post-go-live support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and support.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FICO processes including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Leverage S/4HANA innovations, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
- Collaborate with business teams to improve financial processes and reporting compliance.
- Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution.
- Conduct Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with MM, SD, PP, and HR teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements.
- Create SOPs, configuration documents, training materials, and user guides.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
- Experience in 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects covering blueprinting through go-live and support.
- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, data migration, and support activities.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, closing activities, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a project environment.
