Job Title: SAP PS Consultant (S/4HANA & Fiori)

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS with strong exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Job Description
Support full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA PS implementations and rollouts covering requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and design effective SAP PS solutions aligned with global and local project management practices. Perform hands-on configuration in key PS areas including project definitions and structures, planning functions, budgeting and availability control, time and cost confirmations, settlement rules, period-end closing, and project milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR to ensure seamless integration. Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover preparation for PS objects. Participate in testing cycles covering FUT, SIT, and UAT. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW enhancements and coordinate with ABAP and technical teams. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support and hyper-care post go-live. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documents for business users.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

- SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) configuration and functional expertise

Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1–2 completed full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations from Blueprint through Realization, Go-Live, and Support
- Strong functional knowledge of WBS elements, networks, project execution, procurement, and service processes
- Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, settlement, and period-end closing activities
- Exposure to data migration cutover preparation and test cycle management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of S/4HANA best practices is an advantage
