Job Title: Senior Solutioning Engineer – Automation & AI

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Solutioning Engineer with experience in automation, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions. The role involves working directly with enterprise clients to identify business challenges, design practical solutions, integrate systems, automate workflows, and deliver AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple technologies and managing client engagements from discovery through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Gather requirements and design scalable business solutions.
- Define project scope, timelines, work breakdown structures, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Build and deliver automation, integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Act as the primary technical contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve issues.
- Create technical documentation and support solution handover.
- Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and delivery accelerators.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of experience in technical consulting, solutioning, or client-facing delivery roles.
- Experience working directly with external clients and enterprise projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience integrating applications through APIs and web services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with cloud architecture and cloud-native services.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience creating technical proposals and solution architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are preferred.
