Job Title: Specialist – CT Industrialization Engineering
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CT Industrialization Engineering Specialist to support the industrialization and manufacturing processes of concrete tower projects. The role involves coordinating with engineering and supply chain teams, managing project configurations, defining manufacturing structures and processes, overseeing change management activities, and ensuring alignment between project milestones and material availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Engineering Department during product documentation release stages.
- Manage project configuration activities using Teamcenter.
- Define and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects.
- Develop and define Bills of Processes (BOP) for concrete tower manufacturing stages.
- Lead the Process Committee and manage change control processes within the Concrete Towers area.
- Define and manage procurement plans and related postings.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to align project milestones with material lead times.
- Support resolution of technical and process-related issues during project execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar industrialization, manufacturing, or engineering role.
- Experience in precast concrete, construction buildings, or related manufacturing environments.
- Experience with precast concrete manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level certification).
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter, SAP, and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of BOM and manufacturing process management.
- Knowledge of project configuration and change management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage.
